Yes. Submit your photo between April 9th, 12:00pm - April 17th, 8:00pm. Voting is between April 18th, 9:00am - April 25th, 11:59pm. During the voting period, only one vote is allowed per person, per day. If fraudulent votes are to be found, your entry will be disqualified from the contest.
Yes. The winner will get a $100 gift card to The Little Red Wagon consignment store located at 410 W. Bakerview in Bellingham. The three runner-ups will each receive $50 gift cards to The Little Red Wagon as well!
A selection of photos will also be featured in The Bellingham Herald on Sunday, April 29th.
